Instructions
Finely chop the lettuce, mix it with the frozen Agrinova and sauté for 4 minutes, on a non-stick frying pan with a few drops of oil.
Cut the smoked bacon julienne style and drop into boiling water for 2 minutes or until it whitens. Take out of the water and dry.
Beat the eggs and mix with the cream, parsley, bacon, Agrinova Sweet Pea filling, salt and pepper. Fill the quiche crusts and cook in hot oven until surface is completely firm.
Serve as a hot entrée.

1 Lettuce
125 grs. of smoked bacon
6 eggs
300 cc. heavy cream
1 pack parsley, finely chopped
1 dash salt
1 dash black pepper
3 tablespoons of corn oil 6 small quiche crusts
(about 7 cm wide)
